The best budget friendly bralette’s that won’t break the bank.
Written by Whitney Davidson.
As I’m sure many of you have discovered by now, bralettes are all the crave, and we are absolutely loving it. Why? They’re cute, they’re comfortable, and they can even be used to accessorize a look with their delicate detail – modest ways included (examples 1, 2, and 3). Applause for fashion with function.
Upon browsing the web for fall florals (post coming soon), I came across a budget friendly bralette that easily resembled a brand that Kendall and I have come to drool over in obsession: For Love and Lemons. For those of you that aren’t familiar with this brand, you need to become familiar. We enjoy following along on their instagram for floral fantasies and luxuriously lase-y undergarments. While the brand is in a league all it’s own, it also comes attached with a pretty little price tag. Now don’t get me wrong, both K and I are full believers in paying a good price for grade A craftsmanship and quality, but sometimes it’s just not always possible when your bank account isn’t the forgiving type. That being said, we are also suckers for A-list alternatives especially when they’re a fraction of the cost.
What started off as a simple text to Kendall – “Check out this bralette right now.” (regarding the bralette I found), ended up as an idea for a slew of blog post possibilities. We swooned over the bralette, and quickly decided that we needed to share this with you all so you could join in on the swooning. Funny enough, we often describe The Kiwi Crave as an archive for conversations between our two wandering minds, and quit literally, it is just that. If you’re familiar with TKC, you may have spotted our previous Kiwi On A Dime posts, where we share with you all things that we find to be budget friendly. However we haven’t really ever touched on alternatives to high priced trends, until we were inspired to do so by our sponatenous bralette messaging speel. This post will be the first of many because who doesn’t love to save a little cash every now and then, while also maintaining a plentiful closet? So without further ado, here is our first Kiwi On A Dime : A-List Alternatives, featuring our favorite little skivvies under $30.
Tip: If you are in the mood for a little splurge, For Love and Lemons does have a sale selection as well as offers student discounts as long as you have a valid student ID, find out more about it here.
